Submission Guidelines
1. Overview
Journal of Advanced Engineering and Innovation welcomes original and high-quality submissions. The journal publishes research articles, review papers, and technical notes that advance knowledge and contribute to the global research community. All submissions are subject to a rigorous peer-review process to ensure scholarly excellence.
2. Submission Requirements
2.1 Originality

Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Authors must disclose any prior dissemination of the work (e.g., preprints in repositories like arXiv) in the cover letter.
2.2 Language

All submissions must be written in clear, concise English.

Non-native English speakers are encouraged to have their manuscripts proofread by a professional editor before submission.
2.3 Article Types

Research Articles: Original research contributions (4,000–6,000 words, including references).

Review Articles: Comprehensive surveys of a specific topic (8,000–12,000 words).

Technical Notes: Short reports on novel methods or preliminary findings (2,000–4,000 words).

Word counts are approximate and exclude abstract, tables, and figures.
3. Manuscript Preparation
3.1 Format

Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.docx) format (download article template here).

Use a standard, readable font (e.g., Times New Roman, 13-point) with double-spaced text.

Include page numbers and line numbers for ease of review.
3.2 Structure
Manuscripts should include the following components in this order:

Title: Concise and descriptive (max. 20 words).

Author Information: Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors. Designate a corresponding author.

Abstract: A summary of the work (150–250 words).

Keywords: 4–6 keywords for indexing purposes.

Main Text: Organized into sections (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion).

Acknowledgments: Optional, for funding or contributions.

References: Formatted in APA.

Tables and Figures: Include captions and place them within the text or at the end of the manuscript.

4.3 Submission Checklist
